What's next in retail? That fundamental question has been Daymon’s all-consuming passion since they opened for business in 1970.
To prove their commitment to their helping their partners, Daymon Worldwide wanted a video that touched upon their history, detailed their progress and innovation, and showed their focus on anticipating the future.
To tell this story I used the timeline visual as a framework to take us back to the company's founding, jumping forward along milestones until we returned to the present and then ultimately the future. To reinforce the historic aspect of the story, I created faux newspaper pages filled with copy from a longer version of the company's history, and navigated through them in a manner similar to a newspaper microfilm machine.
